Job Description : - Perform in-depth analysis on critical Demand performance metrics - Develop strategy and identify key areas of revenue growth through OTA, Pricing . - Work closely with the operations team and support them with data, dashboards &amp; analysis - Drive change and implement ideas - Pricing strategy, Listing content and overall optimization on&nbsp;property level. - Examine, interpret and communicate the results of analytical initiatives to relevant stakeholders. - Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within&nbsp;your department and design/implement solutions to meet their needs Skills &amp; Experience Required : - At least 2 year of experience (in a high growth startup is preferable) - Having prior experience of handling OTAs will be preferable - At least 1 year of experience in handling B2C Revenue - Passed out from a Tier l or Tier ll college - Hands-on experience knowledge on MS Excel and Google Sheets - Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment - Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines - Fluent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus Location : Gurgaon (Head Office) Working Days : 5 days a week
