Opportunity: Associate Director - B2B Sales, West
What you'll do:
- Core team role with direct reporting to founders and P&L ownership
- Design & drive regional strategy & execution for B2b initiatives (including but not limited to corporate sales, MICE, unit sales, government Sales)
- Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region
- Attract, retain & manage growth of city & area teams within the region
- Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams
What you'll need:

- Strong pedigree (college/ employers) and/ OR strong intent & desire
- Corporate sales experience/ BD experience of 5+ years
- Handled direct reporting & sales/BD targets for at least 10 member team
