Job Title: Program ManagerResponsibilities:- Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program initiatives, including defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Closely working withe the CXO's
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns throughout the program lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and materials, to achieve program goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program progress, budget, and risks for stakeholders and maintain accurate program documentation.
- Change Management: Manage changes to program scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and changes are implemented effectively.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to program teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure program activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standard
Skills and Qualification :- 3-6 years of relevant experience in managing P&Ls, growth projects and process excellence.
- B.tech from tier 1 college is a must
- Hands on experience in building and managing large teams.
- Problem solving attitude and first principles based approach.
- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset.
- Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding business expectations, designing business frameworks, discovering & communicating insights, driving adoption within business.
- Driven by being challenged in a fast paced environment and having fun while doing so
- Can-do attitude and passion for learning, constant improvement.
