Job Responsibilities:

- Lead team of 8-10 Revenue managers to drive revenue growth & partner relations

- Own daily revenue operations to improve process efficiency and booking fulfillment

- Identifying potential cities, micro-markets and onboard hotels for supply expansion

- Align hotel partners and Zonal heads for pricing and inventory optimization

- Maintain price competitiveness for high performing markets

- Devise & execute retention strategy to drive overall revenue growth.

- Collaborate with function heads (product, sales, marketing, revenue, operations, finance & tech) to accelerate revenue growth & solve challenges

- Implement strategies to improve OTA performance, Market Share growth and occupancy increment
