What you'll do:
- Manage processes end to end for Business Functions
- Work towards improvisation of KPIs
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
- Overseeing the implementation of new business processes
- Breakdown existing processes and identify scope of improvements
What you'll need:
- Prior experience in leading a category and/ or P&L ownership
- Knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
- Process optimization and problem solving skills
- Strong business judgment to identify business needs & solve challenges to achieve goals
- Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate productively across functions
- Min. relevant work experience of 2+ years
