In around 3 years only we have expanded in more than 35 cities with 300+ hotels. We are based out of Gurgaon and your job location would be at Corporate Office Gurgaon. Conceptualized in 2014, we are full stack hotel chain as we are handling our operations and technology both in-house as Amazon and Uber do to meet high-quality demands. Our core backend is running in Real Time for Pricing, booking, inventory control etc. through Algorithms. Our ops are fully tech-enabled from reception handling, hotel auditing to rooms check in and checkouts. We use technology to help improve the customer experience while at the same time reducing the cost to the company. Roles & Responsibilities. 1. Management of P&L for a fast growing, large revenue channel 2. Working closely with managers and team leads to drive & scale the Inside Sales function 3. Manage monthly & quarterly revenue and margin targets, Drive traffic, user engagement, quality and conversions for the channel. 4. Plan and launch incentive schemes, promotions and offers to drive sales growth Leverage market research to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers 5. Track and report on performance KPIs to optimise process and ROI. 6. Management of End to End projects related to process re-engineering, process excellence, Cost Control, Project Management & Execution. 7. Deriving methods related to execute cost-effective and cost reduction for the smooth process movement. Competencies and Skill required 1. Experience in managing a category, P&L management, process optimization or process consulting will be preferable. 2. Comfort with Advanced Excel/ VBA Track record of leading a team to meet challenging targets. 3. Skills in ROI optimisation, advanced analytics, ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, organized, creative and critical thinking. 4. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. 5. Must have handled end to end projects related to Process and Cost. 6. Fluent written and verbal communication skills are a plus
