Key Accountabilities:

- Contracts Management - To manage the Drafting, vetting, negotiating & finalizing the contracts; their storage and retrieval; Manage Contracts compliance matrix as per SOP with Business team.

- Research on legal issues concerning business assignments and legal issues.

- Drafting of pleadings, police complaints, coordinating with external legal counsels on litigation matters.

- Standardisation of general and regular contracts and review of existing standardized contracts for improvements as per requirements.

- Third Party Management - Advising internal teams on various contractual and other legal issues. Drafting / vetting of exchange of communications with third parties.

- Managing the inter department processes including presentations to different teams at different levels as per the requirement.

- Manage legal team trackers and review reports on a daily basis. Release of MIS and review reports within given timelines.

- Managing the entire Legal team.

Educational Qualifications:

- L.L.B from reputed University

- Additional knowledge of commercial laws will be an added advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 + years of post-qualification experience.

- Team handling exp is a must

- Conversant with arbitration law, contractual laws, labour laws, industrial laws, corporate laws; local laws for undertaking business functions.

- Mixed experience of law firm and in-house counsel.

- Strong exposure to drafting of contracts especially revenue-sharing, joint-venture agreements, development contracts, tender documents; financing documents under various jurisdictions

- Exposure to work contracts, bank guarantees, etc.

- Very Good drafting and oratory skills.

- Comfortable working with and within team.

- Comfortable in preparing presentations and good computer skills.

- Self-starter with good management skills, eye for detail and focus on timely delivery
