What you'll do: - Proactively analyze critical areas for improvement to manage client central operations impacting key revenue metrics - Develop programs, roadmaps to build central processes catering to multiple clients - Own KPIs and performance improvement initiatives in support functions - Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations/Acquisitions/Sales Team to understand and quantify the impacts of key business decision and tradeoffs - Develop performance metrics to assist with driving business results - Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and build opportunities to improve or simplify SOPs in order to drive efficiency - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements are met - Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed - Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status, and business drivers. What you'll need: - 3+ Years of experience with a high growth startup is preferable - Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. - Efficiently manages time-based on continual evaluation of priorities meets deadlines with high-quality deliverables reflecting a complete understanding of expectations, able to multi-task with laser-like focus - Clear thinking and logical with an ability to deal with ambiguity - Skills in ROI optimization, advanced analytics, creative and critical thinking. - Fluent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus. - Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL
