Areas Of Responsibility: - Manage paid search and display campaign through Facebook &amp; Google Ads&nbsp; - Google Search, Display, Remarketing, UAC &amp; UACe campaign management.&nbsp; - Facebook App Install, Dynamic Remarketing, Web Traffic &amp; App engagement. - New campaign setup and optimization of existing campaigns.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Strategic campaign planning, budget allocation &amp; execution.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Brainstorm &amp; test new ideas and undiscovered customer segments. &nbsp;- Coordination with CRM, design, content, product &amp; business analytics team.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Daily, weekly &amp; monthly campaign performance reporting. - Should be familiar with app &amp; web analytics tools (like app flyer &amp; google analytics). Requirements:&nbsp; - B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree from a good institute 1- 4 years of experience in performance marketing. Superior analytical capabilities with strong insight and proven understanding of how performance marketing works across all digital channels.&nbsp; - Hands-on experience with catalog based bid management strategies/tools for meta channels/SEM will be desirable Great communication and interpersonal skills A thorough understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition - Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace. - Passionate about putting the customer at the heart of all marketing activities.
