What will you do in this role? - We are looking for a leader to design, develop and deliver strategic data-driven insights to drive the achievement of growth & other strategic priorities for our business. - Lead the central business analytics function and oversee management reports and dashboards - Collaborate with stakeholders & function heads across teams to drive data analysis for key business questions, communicate insights and drive the planning process with company leadership - Build and train a team of analysts and MIS executives to respond to data requests and analysis working with SQL, Python/ Java, spreadsheet and enhanced BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) - Work hand in hand with function heads on typical business problems such as optimizing sales/ BD team performance, improving online conversions (both direct & marketplace), exploring new growth channels, improving customer satisfaction, maximizing ROI on marketing spend, etc - Become an expert on data and trends, both internal and external to FabHotels - Lead advanced and predictive analytics, collaborating closely with revenue management and pricing intelligence teams The role will report into the Co-founders.
