Key Responsibilities: - Core team role with direct reporting to founders and P&amp;L ownership - Responsible for everything from prospecting and marketing to the creation and negotiation of hotel contracting deals - Responsible for ensuring seamless operations in order to maintain high level of Customer satisfaction - Attract, retain &amp; manage growth of city &amp; area within the region - Coordinate with operations team closely to solve any type of escalations - Leading the business development vertical of the acquisition team overlooking the supply and value creation for the brand - Individuals who would connect best with the job requirements are those who: - Are excited to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive, sustainable business - Are willing to go the extra 100 miles it takes to build early stage startups Fulfil below minimum criteria: - Strong pedigree (college/ employers) and/ OR strong intent &amp; desire - Business Development experience of 5+ years - Handled direct reporting &amp; sales targets for at least 5-10 member teams Benefits to Join us: - You will be on payroll of the company - Learning curve is steep and have growth opportunities.
