Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans. 2. Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and related training requirements in the Operations team. 3. Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching and workshops. 4. Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training. 5. Designing staple curriculums for all employees including the managers (i.e. values) 6. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities 7. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing 8. Assist the GM &amp; Quality and Training in hiring. ACCOUNTABILITY : Key Internal Relationships: Q&amp;T Manager, City Supply Manager, GM - Q&amp;T, Head - O&amp;Q Key External Relationships: Interacts with property owners, vendors, and guests. Reporting to: Head - Operations, and Quality QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS : 1. Proven experience as an L&amp;D Manager, Training Manager or similar. 2. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. 3. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. 4. Proficient in MS Office. 5. Experience in soft skills training. 6. Excellent communication skills; sharp business acumen 7. Ability to build rapport with employees. 8. Experience in hotels or airline is preferred. Qualifications and Experience : 1. Degree from a reputed institution 2. Minimum 4-5 years as a Training Manager in Hospitality (hotels/hospitals) or Aviation industry 3.
