Business Analyst

Opportunity : Business Analyst- B2C

What you'll do :

- Drive pan-India P&L for hotels portfolio optimizing for hotel level occupancy, identifying revenue leakages etc.

- Prioritize and analyse relevant datasets in order to drive Business growth.

- Manage relationships & analytics for central online channels such as OTAs, Inside sales

- Optimize inventory allocation across demand channels such as B2B, B2C and OTAs

- Work with functional heads in revenue (B2C and B2B), hotels acquisition, operations & tech

- Develop strong market awareness of own portfolio & competitor brands/ hotels

- Report to founders/ senior management for monthly & quarterly revenue targets

What you'll need :

- Prior experience in leading a category and/ or P&L ownership

- Knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Python/ R language

- Process optimization and problem solving skills

- Strong business judgment to identify business needs & solve challenges to achieve
