We are young, relentless and hungry. Location: Gurgaon Functionality: Executive/Senior Executive - Retention (Marketing) Job Description: 1. Managing day-to-day Email, SMS &amp; App Campaigns including, campaign set-up, tagging, deployment and reporting. 2. Assist management in developing an overall marketing strategy. 3. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements or suggesting best practices that can benefit organization. 4. Planning and executing marketing campaigns across marketing channels 5. Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. 6. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, Customer Relationship management and web) 7. supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Desired skills and experience: 1. Minimum of 1 year of Digital marketing experience. 2. Intermediate understanding of MS Excel 3. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills. 4. Knowledge of online marketing metrics. 5. The desire to learn along with the professional drive. 6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. 9. Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics and Google AdWords) would be an added advantage.
