Location: Gurgaon Functionality: Analyst/Senior Business Analyst Key responsibilities : 1. Work with the team to identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs for meeting the company's growth objectives 2. Participates in the design, development, and maintenance of on-going metrics, reports &amp; dashboards used to drive key business decisions 3. Researches business problems and assists in the creation of models that help analyze these problems Requirements : 1. Engineering degree from a reputed college/university 2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 3. Work experience of at least 1 years in an analytics role 4. Must have - Hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, R/Python 5.
