Seller Onboarding:  - Would be responsible in profiling, shortlisting and on-boarding of potential sellers for our portal  - Pitch our value proposition to potential sellers and convince them to come onboard  - Negotiate terms & condition with seller  - Manage the seller onboarding process  Managing Seller Performance:  - Ensure seller comply with Fab-furnish standards of performance  - Coordinate with seller to resolve critical service issues  - Collaborate with seller to figure out ways to ensure continual sales growth   Revenue & Product Portfolio:  - Meet targets of revenue and product portfolio growth  - Analyze & manage category wise performance   - Identify and fill product portfolio gaps   Marketing & Product Promotion:  - Plan & conceptualize promotional initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team & seller  - Organize & Conduct offline marketing initiatives  Salary Range: 4-7 LPA
