Analyst - Marketing Intelligence  Responsibilities :   - Analysis and Reporting of performance of marketing and social media channels  - Compiling and delivering business intelligence reports on sale/engagement campaigns on a regular basis  - Leveraging Google Analytic reporting tools to analyze and report on site visitor/ CRM channel/customer activities and identifying areas for improvement  - Measure search behavior, conversion rates, purchase patterns  - Should be comfortable working with scheduling and analytic tools for CRM and Mobile App   - Reporting the reasons for success and failure and suggest frequency of sales campaign, marketing strategy to be opted to attain the targets.   - Assist in development of attractive online campaigns to target customers.   - Suggest offline marketing team about effective Ad time, Genre and duration for the television Campaign through analysed reports.   - Always keen and proactive on looking pain points and keener on minimizing them.   - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.   Desired Skills And Experience :   - 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.   - Must be passionate and possessive about pursuing his/her ideas.   - Deep technical knowledge in architecture and infrastructure.   - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
