FabBag - VP - Alliances

We are India's largest subscription commerce company. We have a 25-member run by IIM Ahmedabad alumni and are looking for a VP to manage our Alliances team.

We are looking at a passionate, entrepreneurial candidate who will look at:

1) Manage 3-6 senior executives handling separate corporate accounts, sourcing and new business development

2) Manage key accounts and forge mutually beneficial partnerships with them

3) Plan our monthly budgets and handle P&L responsibilities for certain projects

Skills Required:

1) Experience in new business development, corporate sales and team management is mandatory

2) Relevant eCommerce experience will be an added advantage

Education: Any graduation/ post-graduation from a premier university

Work experience: 2 - 6 years (preferably in business development)

Compensation: We are a startup and we don't have a compensation band per se, however, for excellent candidates, we can look at a salary + ESOPS compensation model.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
