Role Objective: Lead talent management, acquisition and employee life cycle management for corporate office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

- Managing end to end employee life cycle which includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for all head office mandates.

- Collaborating with the hiring managers to understand staffing gaps.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Facilitating on boarding and inductions for all new hires.

- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Developing and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.

- Manage performance improvement plans, confirmations and smooth exits

- Facilitate reference checks for new joiners on timely basis.

- Prepare hiring dashboards and other MIS reports as per requirement.

- Employee engagement calendar curation and execution.

- Engage employees in weekly/monthly and quarterly fun recreational activities.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- Manage the organization's corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Prerequisites:

- Proven working experience in the similar field of at least 4 years

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
