Responsibilities: - You will be working with a multi-functional team (product, sales, and marketing) to come up with growth ideas such as: - Product enabled growth hacks - Cross-promotional strategies - Strategic partnerships - PR and social media hacks - Influencer marketing - Online paid acquisition - App store promotion and search - Google Search - Grassroots marketing - Other exploitative growth hacks - Come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas for experimentation - Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement and repeat behaviour) - Create a hypothesis, experiment framework and evaluation metrics to run A/B and pre-post experiments - Identifying growth channels that are repeatable and scalable and scale those channels phenomenally - Establishing processes and systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be done in a scalable and repeatable model - To be a successful Growth Marketer you will have some experience working in the digital marketing arena, but product marketing, development, and/or data science skills will make you a cut above the rest Requirements for the Job: - B.E./B.Tech/MBA from a premium institute preferred - 3+ experience with Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Product Marketing role - Understanding consumer behaviour and their interaction with platforms - Make smart decisions independently and if you do mistakes you learn from them - Putting profitability above creativity and make sure that the campaigns are helping us drive revenue in the long-term - Deep understanding of SEO/SEM/SMM/ASO, social and viral mechanics - Proven track record of optimizing and improving keyword rankings on major app stores (iOS App Store and Google Play Store) - Expertise in data-driven marketing - Ability to analyze complex data sets - Experience with mobile userbases, cohort studies, ROI analysis, revenue-per-user metrics. - Comfortable with GA and web marketing technologies - Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insights to drive strategic decisions - Updated of the latest growth marketing trends and you love to read about what's happening in the industry - Conversant in multiple marketing and sales channels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Apply Button will redirect you to company website.
