It's counter intuitive, but true in the world of technology and new age consumer businesses. If you don't have distribution, does not matter if you have a great product. If you have distribution, you can still figure out a better product in the long run. Today, our distribution is mostly online - our own platforms and the aggregator channels which we are referring to as Online Distribution. And this (aggregator platforms) is the critical piece which you (if you make the cut) will be expected to lead. As Head of Online Distribution, below are the key expectations from the role: - Managing our business (all brands) across all the aggregators like zomato, swiggy, ubereats, foodpanda and others who enter/survive in this cut-throat space, day in and out - Given the criticality of building our brands as market leaders in each of their categories/missions, one is expected to maintain and grab (for new brands) lion market share, both CMS (customer market share ) and RMS (Revenue market share) across each of these platforms - Activate and manage brand campaigns across aggregators - Deliver best possible ROI on marketing spends allocated for these platforms. This piece is not only significant in driving numbers, but also very material in generating brand awareness when customer is at the cusp of decision making - Strategize integrated/exclusive campaigns to fillip our business growth across these platforms - In a nut-shell, deliver platform-wise, brandwise P&amp;L month after month - Given that building Leading food brands, which are channel agnostic is at the core of our mission at Rebel Foods, this role is one of the most business impacting roles in our ecosystem and demands one of the best ones out there.
