It should also be clear that in the process of building this business, we have built a strong platform consisting of 4 elements : - End-to-end Technology stack (from inventory to kitchen management to last mile) - A culinary innovation center ( to find and execute the scale formula for a delightful dish) - A national supply chain - The network of cloud kitchens run by extremely entrepreneurial micro teams Now, there is a saying that Distribution comes ahead of Product. It's counter intuitive, but true in the world of technology and new age consumer businesses. If you don- t have distribution, does not matter if you have a great product. If you have distribution, you can still figure out a better product in the long run. Today, our distribution is mostly online - our own apps and web, aggregator channels etc. We are at a juncture in our journey, when we will be expanding our distribution to everything - from corporate cafeterias to airports, railways, events. And this is the business that would be headed by Business Head -Offline. We are in the lookout for someone who can come on board to build this business from ground zero. S/he will have complete ownership for this business with three critical objectives : - Continuously find opportunities for our brands across physical footprints - corporates, events, railways airports, student campus - Build exciting solutions - from virtual cafeterias to bulk subscriptions - Work with other functions - brand, supply chain, operations to deliver the solutions - Meet the business P&amp;L - Topline as well as margin This will require extensive pipeline building, relationship management across the country and delivering on the objectives quarter after quarter. Other Specifics : Responsibility : Meet the objective outlined above by relentlessly pushing the boundaries of innovation / thinking / execution. With complete ownership. Team : You will build your own team to execute this. Background : A seasoned professional with experience in building businesses - preferably B2B - ground up. Must have built and led teams to business success. Character : As there is no micromanagement in Rebel, everyone in the company including this role has to be self-starter and extremely entrepreneurial. In addition, this role will require great relationship management skills across the spectrum - from internal functions to large corporate customers.
