The Brand team journey at Rebel Foods (Formerly Faasos) kick starts from identifying the need in the market, to incubating it with Culinary Innovation Center, test marketing the product market fit across few markets, iterating it to perfection (read it as churning a lot of data-points ranging from product ratings, price sensitivity index, NPS scores, competition landscaping to market surveys), getting involved in ensuring the product is made in just the perfect way. Today, our established brands are market leaders in their categories in India and with our new brands we are creating new categories in India (Continental Fusion with Firangi Bake). Having proved our mettle in India, we are launching our brands (Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Mandarin Oak, Sweet Truth, Ovenstory Pizza) in Dubai.
