- Good Knowledge in Finance & Accounting; Track on Market Intelligence.

- Knowledge of transitions and operations

- Process documentation skills.

- People management & Client management skills.

- Leadership Skills.

- Monitoring the performance of accounts in respect of profits and standards.

- Contributing to business plans

- Collaborating with the team in order to deliver business objectives, on time delivery and maximize performance

- Query / Escalation handling skills

- Exposure to managing Profit & Loss is good to have, not mandatory.

- Ability to work in a structured, process oriented environment.

- Ability to follow organizational norms in day to day work.

- High level of energy and enthusiasm.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications: College graduates (10 +2+ 3 years of education) in any stream / Post Graduates.

Must have - Handled the F&A processes ( AR / AP / GL accounting / Reconciliation); BPO Experience is a must.
