Our client is a US based IT and ITeS company. The company has about 2500 people engaged in providing IT and BPO services to the clients in US. The company is looking to expand its F&A BPO business and is looking for senior sales professionals with hands on deal making experience in US geography in the area of F&A outsourcing.
Role & Responsibilities
1. The person will initially work as an individual contributor helping the company expand its F&A outsourcing business in US geography. As the expansion happens, person will be responsible to expand the Sales team and build the business
2. Experience in US geography is must and person should have hands on deal making experience in F&A outsourcing
3. Will be required to expand business through lead generation and by leveraging the existing client relationships
4. Will help company refine and build its F&A offering basis market analysis and feedback
5. Will be responsible for at least 1 million USD target through new business and expanding the existing accounts
6. Compensation will be commensurate with persons ability to help the company grow in short to medium term
