1. Responsible for developing along with key people, executing and delivering the Service Sales strategy in line with the business plan of the company
2. Responsible for achieving the set Service Sales targets for Service team in the respective Region
3. Responsible for Key Account Management and driving the revenue, contract management, and Customer Management
4. Responsible for Managing and delivering the Service Operations through service operations team
5. Responsible for achieving the set Service Level Agreements for Service team across the country.
6. Maintain focus on leads, quotations, actual sales, price and growth of business while maintaining a strong funnel for new customers as a key indicator for further success expectations
7. Responsible for generating service revenues by way of renewal of existing AMC, generating new clients, third party AMC, retrofit sales and small sales thus meeting the set targets.
8. Networking with Facility Management firms,PMC, Electrical Contractors, Architects other Internal and External Stakeholder
9. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and ensure the calls are resolved to have repeat business
10. Responsible for Service of all the regions services contracts within the agreed SLAs
