Candidate needs to work closely and independently with various stake holders - COO, BU heads, Bankers, Group companies, and Auditors. Should be able to lead a team of 10-15 members including Accounts team at International offices.  - Have experience in handling markets apart from India, Forex and with Credit Management Capabilities.  - Should be able to partner the BU head /COO in growing the business while ensuring proper control on financials.   Job Role & Responsibilities :  - Keep a close tab on cash flow and collections. Should be able to monitor and control collection function in excess of 1000 Cr from International markets.  - Responsible for correctness and timely submission of billing statements.   - Forex management and currency hedging.  - Responsible and accountable for Credit control and timely collection of dues.  - Keeping a tab on the profit margin. Responsible for timely sales purchase reconciliation to ensure zero revenue leakage.  - Review financial position every fortnight with the Business Head and draw out measures for cost effectiveness.  - To focus on opportunities for automation of business process and system integration opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.  - Support Product, Operations and sales team for smooth functioning.
