Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Developing, improving existing sales and business plans.
- Identifying business opportunities for AI Data Services business
- Lead generation-Planning and execution.
- Develop sales proposals, Quotations & pricings.
- Developing new business relationships, generates and negotiate new income for Shaip.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products/services and competition status
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Generate qualified leads through traditional or innovative channels and pass it to sales for closure
- Interact with key stakeholders to identify problems, setting expectation and communication with prospects
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products/services and competition status
- Building a strong pipeline of leads
- Good understanding of the social media usage for lead generation purpose
- Network with prospects through virtual conferences, forums etc.
- Understanding of how to position and deploy Shaip offerings
