Investment Reporting and Accounting Analyst - Contractual Role - Eyelander Digital Eyelander Digital Pvt. Ltd. provides contractual staffing to overseas clients from our offices in India, where people are on Eyelander Digital's payroll and work directly with clients. We have many niche roles which provide excellent exposure to our staff and we give competitive hikes on current CTC for the right talent. This is a contractual role where the candidate will work directly with our client who is an Investment Firm / Fund located with offices in Dubai, USA & Canada It is initially a one year contract and can be extended based on client requirements. Job details given below - 80% of time spent in Investment Reporting and 20% time to be spent in CRM activities. Reporting / Accounting Activities - 80% of work - Ability to maintain and access our portfolio reporting system - Addepar is the system we use so specific expertise in this would be great - Update reporting templates monthly with information sourced from Addepar and calculated based on this information (so must be able to use Excel) - Investment Reporting and Accounting experience required - Updating of various databases (Bloomberg, EurekaHedge, BarclayHedge, Preqin, etc.) with our funds- performances at the end of each month - Ideally this person could also manage the CRM and report delivery process - we use MailChimp to deliver the reports to clients Note: possibility of this role overlapping with the CRM Analyst role - CRM Activities 20% of work - Updating our CRM (We use Hubspot currently but are very open to switching - ideally this person could lead us through what could be created) and maintaining MailChimp distribution lists - Receiving meeting notes and inputting these in useful format into the CRM - Requires understanding of CRM systems and investment-sales related inputs (to understand the shorthand meeting notes that would be received)
