US TAX Manager - Federal 1120

1. Domain/Role: Experience in US Federal (Form 1120) Preparation and review of tax returns for the clients .

2. Strong knowledge on tax technology tools.

3. Education: Graduate/Post graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline

4. Location: Any GDS location - Kolkata, Kochi , Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad , Gurgaon

5. Develop, mentor and supervise Tax Senior, Assistant Manager, Analysts and Advanced Analysts:

- Act as a counsellor for Tax Senior, Assistant Manager Analysts and Advanced Analysts

- Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions

- Proactively seek opportunities to diversify client load and exposure to different teams

- Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team

- Demonstrate basic presentation and public speaking skills, while actively participating in meetings

- Communicate in face-to-face situations, by phone and via email, and determine the appropriate mechanism for communicating, given the situation

6. Maintaining focus of team members on work products; holding others accountable for timely completion of high-quality work
