The opportunity :

As Strategy & Transaction spcialist- in Urban Infra and Tourism sector, you'll actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, and with guidance from partners and directors, you'll identify potential business opportunities for EY in the Urban Infra and Tourism space from the perspective of Government and Public Sector.

Your key responsibilities :

- Help to develop and provide strategic advice to our clients in the course of planning for infrastructure across tourism sector

- Undertake economic analysis and/or develop policies, strategies, feasibility studies and business cases for infrastructure investment

- Work collaboratively, developing and building relationships across our team and with our clients

- Contribute to sustaining our positive culture, which is integral to the success of our team

- Be supported with comprehensive internal training opportunities, enabling you to shape your growth and development at EY's Government and Public Sector practice.

To qualify for the role you must have:

- Min 3 years to 10 years experience in architecture/ urban/ regional planning, preparation of architectural plans/ master plans for government and private sectors, tourism projects large infrastructure projects

- In project development, Preparation of master plans & feasibility studies/ DPRs in tourism and infra projects

- Demonstrated experience working with international development agencies

- Preferably with experience of working with government counterparts, national or international financial institutions, research institute in the field of tourism, transport and urban development

Qualification: M. Arch in architecture / M Plan in Planning from a reputed institute.
