EY- Training and Capacity Building Expert- Jammu & Kashmir

We are looking for training and capacity building expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide monitoring & evaluation expertise in Agri related projects for the state government.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Master's degree in rural management/planning/ social sciences

- Relevant Experience between 3-6 years in implementing institutional reforms, capacity building and community outreach programmes etc.

- Should have 2+ years' experience of working in the development or government sector

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support in the development of knowledge repositories and documentation.

- Develop a context-specific communication strategy for village level stakeholders for pushing mission objectives.

- Develop content for state-level training and communication needs assessment and designing and implementing effective learning activities.

- Identification and documentation of good and best practices for learning and scaling out.

- Support in the design and development of Behaviour change activities at the community level to increase their engagement and participation in various activities

- Manage knowledge sharing events like workshops, seminars, trainings, etc.

- Support in developing protocols for data gathering, storing and dissemination of information at the village, district and UT level.

- Develop modules/e-learning tools and 'training of trainers' on thematic areas including triggering, behaviour change, technological choices, solid waste and liquid waste management, social inclusions and other relevant areas to all stakeholders.

- Support other experts in developing contents, manuals and other documents related to SBM(G) in close coordination with other experts on need basis.
