EY - Technical Scrum Master

1. Level - Consultant/Senior consultant

2. Academic Credential - Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred. Minimum cap of 60% on scores. Technical degree mandatory

3. Experience:

a) Scrum Master with experience in Development/ QA

b) Experienced in enabling the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values, coaching the team and removing impediments

c) Experience in Jira or similar tool and configure it for project needs to provide required views, data, dashboards and reports

d) Experience of owning the Agile rules and process; educate the team on agile process & issues. Ensures that a collaborative culture exists within the team and promotes team building. Thorough with knowledge of Agile values, principles and scrum metrics

e) Experience in ensuring all agile ceremonies are run effectively, discipline is maintained, and participants are engaged.

f) Experience of working with Product Owner and solution architect to ensure backlog is groomed to sufficient detail. Experience of working with Product owner to get user stories accepted

g) Well versed with tracking and communicating the overall progress of the release (using Burn-downs, burn-ups, Cumulative Flow, etc.).

h) Preferably experienced with CPG/RETAIL/TECHNOLOGY/PHARMA/ECOMMERCE industries

4. Skills & certifications:

a) Excellent communication skills, Positive and flexible attitude

5. Certification - CSM/Prince2/DASM certification (any one) mandatory

6. Tools - JIRA, Confluence, smartsheet, MS Projects or any similar Project Management tools

7. Notice Period - Early/Immediate joiners
