EY - Team Member - Project Consultant - Government Advisory - Contractual - IIM/XLRI/FMS

The position is on Fixed Term Employment basis with Annual Contract initially for a period of 1 year, extendable.

The consultant would be part of the Program Management Unit (PMU)/ Engagement Team providing consulting services to a Government Department. The team is engaged in providing advisory services to the concerned Government Dept., pertaining primarily to financial planning, departmental reforms, policy and planning.

The PMU is responsible for compilation and evaluation of all existing policies of the department and development of suitable road map achieve the objectives under defined timelines. The PMU team is also responsible to incorporate best practices being undertaken by the similar Govt. Departments in other states/location after proper evaluation in terms of timeline, cost and outcome.

The consultant/ team member would work under the supervision of the Project Manager and would be responsible to undertaken all the activities/tasks entrusted by the Project Manager.

Key Requirements for the prospective Consultant/ Team Member:

- MBA from reputed institute

- 3-5 years of experience in PMU in Government Advisory/ Private sector

- Good presentation, facilitation and writing skills

- Good PR skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience of working in a dynamic environment

- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel in particular)

- Proficiency in English
