Key responsibilities

- Develop, implement and deliver various consulting projects related to government consulting including but not limited to economic development, policy advocacy, strategy formulation, analytics and market strategy etc. at various locations in India

- Develop concept notes on various flagship initiatives of Government

- Identify, track, pursue and write the EoIs/proposals for the government and donor community opportunities and ensuring proper submission

- End to end coordination and process management with the core team and expert panel on various EoIs/proposals

- Working on proposals for business development

- Competitor intelligence and business development

- Analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch

- Be able to translate the government/donor's strategy into firm's services and link into our internal and external resources and experience

- Develop a best practice guide on the basis of successful tendering that can be utilized for future proposals

Eligibility:

- Excellent writers, preferably with strong track record of writing winning proposals; preferably good strategic thinkers

- Excellent presentation skills

- Have or quickly obtain a good internal network and knowledge of relevant capabilities, personnel etc;

- Good understanding of government and donor community bidding process and standard templates

- Understand the priority areas of government/donor community accounts and map our services for maximizing penetration.

- Understanding of consulting business and trends of the industry

- Knowledge of working of management consulting firms is desirable

- Should have past working experience on multiple donor funded assignments
