State Project Lead

- Duty Station Project Management Office, State Capital

- Responsibilities State Project Lead will be responsible for the implementation of the eVIN solution at the state and district level

- Overall responsible to ensure implementation of the eVIN solution at various nodes of the vaccine supply chain and cold chain mechanism

- Responsible to the resolution of issues originating form the district and state level with regards to the eVIN solution

- Responsible for the cadre of divisional IT officers and ensuring smooth implementation of the solution

- Supports the Project Manager on the IT part of the project activities

- Helps in development and production of MIS reports from the system as and when required

- Resolution, Escalation and co-ordination with lower nodes for IT/ technology related problem resolution wherever required

- Defect tracking and system related troubleshooting

- During the e-VIN system stabilization phase, ascertain that all components of the solution are working in the desired fashion individually and together

- Provide Training on Temperature logger installation, usage and troubleshooting to all concerned staff in the District

- Reports to National Project Lead

- Education Master's Degree or equivalent in computer technology

Experience :

- Experience in IT, software management and management of data related to health programs.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as mentioned in the table above for the personnel posted

- Fluency in English Hindi (spoken and written)

- Local language of the state posted will be an asset
