Broadly looking for people with experience in US taxation of "hedge fund", "private equity", real estate taxation and international taxation. - Should have knowledge of PFIC, SubF, GILTI, etc - Should have working knowledge into Funds of Fund, 1065 - partnership. - Taxation into financial services or investment management. - Combination of Fund tax &amp; international tax exp preferred. - Technically strong w/substantial experience on tax workpapers and allocation workpapers.
