Senior Manager - Marketing  Job Title : Market Enablement - GPS Level - Senior Manager  Overview of role :  - The Market Enablement role in GPS is responsible for executing key activities across Brand, Marketing & Communication. This includes working closely with the GPS Leader and the GPS Solution Leaders for developing and executing the Marketing and Communications Strategy which supports overall Go-to-market approach and priorities.   - The objective is to create a distinctive market position for EY in GPS and open and maintain an ongoing dialogue with key buyers of GPS solutions.  Reports to :  - The position reports to the GPS Leader in India. The individual must collaborate closely with the GPS Solution Leaders, GPS BD Leader to develop the marketing and communications approach.   Key responsibilities :  - Drives the conversation with GPS Leader in India, GPS Solution Leaders and GPS BD to understand their focus accounts, client issues and growth targets   - Collaborate with the Global GPS BMC Leader to leverage effectively on Global GPS initiatives   - Develop and execute the External Marketing and Internal Communication strategy in consultation with GPS Leadership (including GPS Solution Leaders) and India BMC Leader   - Works closely with the EY Knowledge team for ideas to help develop compelling thought leadership initiatives, which are aligned with issues facing the sector and EY solutions. Leads deployment via all channels such as digital, media and internal   - Identifies, evaluates and implements marketing opportunities, within overall plan and budget, across the full marketing mix including sponsorships, speaking engagements, hosted events, collateral  - Oversee multiple processes key to executing the GPS marketing programs, including content supervision, contract reviews, and event and meeting services  - Lead and execute GPS- internal communication plan, aimed at engaging and boosting the involvement of the GPS network   - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on GPS, EY services, trends  - Produces and deploys GPS India Signpost Marketing Newsletter for clients; Internal Communication notes etc  Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements :  - Demonstrated BMC expertise in a professional services environment, including prior experience with campaign development and execution of thought leadership, events, sponsorships, communication programs, and strategic marketing planning.  - A strong executive presence, ability to influence and develop trusted business relationships with the MSL and Partners,   - work collaboratively and effectively with peer functions and stakeholders to deliver on EY and Sector BMC strategic priorities  - Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication abilities, and the capability to network in external settings  - Demonstrate strong project management skills and proficiency in copy writing and editing
