EY - Senior Manager/Manager - Product Owner

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- MBA or Product Management Certification

- Minimum 10-14 years of experience depending upon designation [Manager or Senior Manager]

- Training and certification as a professional scrum product owner (PSPO) or as a certified scrum product owner (CSPO) preferred

Leadership Skill: Product owners are able to direct and motivate the product development team of an organization

Analytical Skill: They are able to conduct surveys to determine most appropriate feature to add to a new or existing product

- Interpersonal Skill: They are adept at working with user groups and scrum team to obtain and analyze user stories
