The opportunity : We're looking for Senior Managers with insurance DNA experience and strong overall technology understanding having proven capability in delivery, pre-sales, solutioning, and GTM. Your key responsibilities: - Have proven experience in driving Analytics GTM and growth by collaborating with senior stakeholder/s in the client and partner organization in Insurance. - Strong experience required in Life Annuities, Finance transformation, Risk and Actuarial domain-based data and analytics solutions. - Activities will include pipeline building, RFP responses, creating new solutions and offerings, conducting workshops as well as managing in-flight projects focused on cloud and big data. - Have strong in-depth knowledge of various concepts of insurance domain policy life cycle, claims life cycle, finance, actuarial, earnings, etc. - Preference is for strong domain experience in the Life Insurance sector with an understanding of various LoBs Retirement Services, Life Annuities, and Group, and Individual units. - Have strong experience in delivering large data programs in the Life Insurance and finance transformation domain specifically in Life Insurance with solution experience in data platform modernization, cloud data migration, cloud data architecture, data integration, reporting, AI, and analytics. - Have deep solution, architecture, and design experience both on traditional on-prem data and analytics technologies and cloud technologies. - Develop standardized practices for delivering new products, and capabilities using Cloud technologies, including data acquisition, transformation, analysis, and analytics. - Strong communication being able to communicate with senior stakeholders in the language of insurance. Work with market leaders to build pipelines, stand up teams and work with managers to deliver the engagements. - Have good in-depth knowledge of data and analytics landscape and offerings with experience in delivery and solution in data migration, data integration, data modeling, Cloud warehouse, EDW, Data Quality, Data Governance, data architecture, etc. - Develop standardized practices for delivering new products, and capabilities using Cloud technologies, including data acquisition, transformation, analysis, and analytics. - Interact with senior client technology leaders, understand their business goals, create, architect, propose, develop and deliver technology solutions. - Experience in presales, RFP Response end to end from solutioning, commercials to orals in large insurance data and analytics engagements - Should have good hands-on experience in past on ETL tools (Informatica, SAP bods, SSIS, etc), Reporting (Cognos, OBIEE, SAP BI, etc.) Cloud data technologies (Azure, AWS, ADF, Data bricks, Kafka, Synapse, Spark, Scala, Python, etc.) - Have strong knowledge of Insurance data models Acord, FSLDM, IIW, Guidewire, etc. - Strong Management skills to work across multiple accounts/ manage multiple accounts & programs, customer escalations Skills and attributes for success: - Strong understanding & familiarity with Life Insurance and Insurance Finance Transformation. - Good strong understanding of different concepts of Life Insurance and the lifecycle of different domains - Lead large transformation engagement or manage multiple Insurance DNA accounts - Strong data and analytics solution/ architecture experience with hands experience in past. - Exposure and good knowledge in designing highly scalable solutions Azure, AWS, and GCP and or on-prem/legacy data solution - Exposure to AI, Analytics solutions. - Strong understanding of underlying Cloud data architecture concepts - Strong communication and be able to manage multiple accounts, and stakeholders and be able to communicate in insurance/solution language. - Strong people management skills and can manage a team of 70-80. People are the key assets of the organization and should have a deep understanding of the same. - Overall strong communication, leadership, life insurance domain knowledge, people management, and delivery skills backed by strong architectural experience. To qualify for the role, you must have: - Strong Insurance domain knowledge preferring Life Insurance domain, Finance and Risk transformation(FRAC) - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. - Excellent communicator (written and verbal formal and informal). - Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must be a people leader and enjoy working in a cooperative and collaborative team environment. - Collobolarate with the rest of the leaders in EY. - Adaptable to new technologies and standards. - Participate in all aspects of Cloud and Big Data solution delivery life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, production deployment, and support. - Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in solutioning and insurance domain experience - Minimum 16+ years of industry experience Ideally, you'll also have: - Strong project management skills - Client management skills - Account management skills - Solutioning skills - People management skills What we look for: - People with technical and domain experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment Be able to learn different cloud technologies and should not stop learning.
