EY - Senior Manager - GDS Working Capital

Mandatory skillsets required:

- As part of this role, the Senior Manager should be able to shape, originate and sell Cash control tower, liquidity control tower - which is typically a value at risk deal on Working capital savings identified.

- To determine how much value we can identify, we need to do some assessment to come up with levers on DSO, DPO, DIO etc.

- They should also track realization during delivery, given they are involved in the sales cycle.

- Skillset required across Finance, Procurement functions

- Deep understanding and experience of developing strategic interventions driving value and improving organizational performance

- Originate large value led assessment project to qualify MS pipeline

- GTM role. Need someone who can generate lead and track the delivery status effectively

- Strategic, value obsessed and entrepreneurial mindset

- Define MS Deal Architecture

- Demonstrated experience building C-suite relationships

- Experience across Managed Services life cycle

- Track record closing deals and MS offerings

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Commercial negotiation, business development and architecture experience

- Highly developed presentation skills

- Experience succeeding in a highly matrixed organisational structure

- Deep knowledge of MS competitive landscape

- Experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, knowledge management, knowledge processes off-shoring, change management, enterprise applications and systems, human resource management
