EY - Senior Manager - Business/Consulting - Supply Chain & Operations Team

Job Description :

- Looking for Senior Manager- for our PI - SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations) team in Advisory Services at EY GDS

Desired profile and skills :

- MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1/2 institutes with 12-15 years of relevant business/consulting experience in Supply Chain Management

- Process improvement experience in at least two areas out of SC Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics

- Experience in Operating Model design, process redesign, analytics using relevant enablers like frameworks, best practices, analytical tools

- Should have managed large teams (20+) in a global delivery construct

- Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for SCM would drive this role

- Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is mandatory

- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, strong leadership & general management skills

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit for this role

- Commercial and financial acumen

Responsibilities :

- The candidate will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects

- The candidate would have to manage large teams of high performing individuals across different supply chain domains

- Build relationships with EY offices across the globe and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for driving GDS traction across regions and regional stakeholders

- The candidate would be expected to drive innovation efforts around building relevant solutions/frameworks to meet client/regional needs

Travel :

International travel up to 30% may be required
