EY - Senior Executive/Manager - Regulatory Consulting

Your key responsibilities :

- Engagement delivery support

- As a part of delivery team, work on varied projects in the domain of regulatory and compliance with focus on regulatory finance

- Support in co-ordination, compilation of data for quarterly/Annual regulatory compliance

- Support in co-ordination, review , compilation of legal documents,

- Review and monitor regulatory requirements and changes (Non-Financial Compliance)

- Understanding of ERP system, preparation of books of accounts & IndAS

- Understanding of commercial laws , Data privacy law, court procedures etc.

- Keep tracking of compliance calendar of the client and co ordinating for compliance

- Business development and research

- Prepare meeting dockets

- Trend and analysis of the sector sub-segment

- Financial analysis of company's performance

- Working knowledge of the regulatory finance & compliance of telecom sector (B2B ) India or any other country would be a plus.

Skills and attributes for success :

- Clear understanding on Order to Cash Process, Revenue to Report process

- User experience of ERP (Oracle/ SAP), Billing system, Automation of Billing system with ERP

- Clear understanding of commercial laws, court procedure

- Understanding of telecom regulations and license provisions is a plus

- Ability of monitor the compliance on time

- Analytical capability, attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal skills written, presentation for effective client communication

- Ability to articulate the problem statement and explain issue at hand as well as propose solution

- Assertive and proactive approach to the delivery, implementation of client engagements

- Should be a team player with an ability to work effectively between cross functional teams and build relationships with individuals and clients

To qualify for the role you must have :

- CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with LLB/CS with 5-7 years of experience preferably in Telecom Sector B2 B Business (India or any other country)
