Senior Consultant - Strategy & Analytics (Customer/Sales)

Mandatory Skills:
- E2E experience/knowledge of optimization modeling, developing analytics frameworks in the areas of pricing or trade promotion or route to market or net revenue management
- Knowledge on analytics/technology platforms relevant to the above mentioned areas
- Data exploration and visualization
- Product management skills
Role:
- Co-lead market engagement, leads requirements gathering, translate business requirements into analytics requirements and developing working prototypes of analytics solutions that can be added as a module or evolve certain module of the core Trade Promotion Optimization and/or Pricing Optimization &Analytics product
- Own and govern the design of global product roadmap
- Work with multiple internal and external teams to develop and deploy into various markets as identified by roadmap
Accountabilities:
- Working with senior leaders from client organization to understand business problems, design needs and delivering excellent analytical solutions to address trade spend problems.
- Lead a team of 20+ on delivering the solutions in multiple global locations
- Accountable for innovating at least 1-2 new data and analytic methodologies driven by global needs
- Governs on-time In Full delivery of all deployments and global roll out of the product as per the roll out plan and delivery of the budget (ensure no over-underspends)
- Support the change management as required to ensure landing product
Requirements:
- Good educational background - MS/MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes preferred
- Overall experience of 8+ years preferred (max of 12 years)
- Experience with a CPG/FMCG industry preferred
- Experience with product management, strategy, design, Customer development, planning
- Excellent communication, should be able to think, strategize, create powerful, impactful presentations
- Strong track record of working with senior business leadership (VPs+) to drive definition, alignment, and support for application of analytics and data to address complex business issues
- Ability to rapidly connect and match analytics and data products to business needs, deployment of Analytical Solutions
- Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data
- Ability to apply an agile analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision
- Ability to recommend complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
