Chart of Accounts, Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls  - Good functional knowledge of Oracle Projects Fundamentals, Oracle Project Resource Management, Oracle Project Management and its functionalities  - Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology  - Good written and verbal communication skills  - Good inter-personal skills  - Willing to stretch beyond normal work hours, whenever required  - Open to travel  - Good team player  Job Role :  - Interact with the Client and gauge their business requirement  - Prepare To be process blueprint based on the requirements  - Configure and deploy Oracle Projects suite of modules  - Co-ordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members  - Identify product gaps and design solutions to meet those gaps  - Develop migration and cut over strategy  - Conduct Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing sessions  - Conduct user training sessions  - Provide post production support  Academic Qualifications : Engineering degree/ MCA and/or MBA from a reputed institution and/or Chartered Accountant  Experience : 5-9 years
