Senior Consultant - Operations - Requires a minimum BE/B. Tech degree or equivalent and 5-6 years or more of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment. - Should have exposure to selling last-mile connectivity solution - Build and define sales strategy for a given geographic or market segment - Business planning skills - Be at the forefront of understanding and being able to communicate product & service offerings - Having the ability to build in-depth business expertise in the underlying and associated technologies and architectures. - Ability to execute a business plan to gain market share and build solid relationships with customers and internal constituents. - Contribute effectively to the areas of Customer Solution design and presenting to customers, including return on investment and value proposition; assisting in developing and presenting RFI/P response; exploring partnership solutions; demonstrating the ability to interact with senior-level management CXO levels - Actively mentor and develop other Consulting Engineers. - Is responsible for the creation and sharing of intellectual property (content, training) including digital intellectual property (e.g., scripts, software assets) in the most productive manner for various audiences, and customers. - Provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve sophisticated customer problems in support of partner concerns. - Continuously learning and strengthening technical skills for relevant technical domains and adjacent technologies. - Consults and works with customers and partners to plan, design, install, configure, integrate and/or optimize a suite of products, and services to accelerate business outcomes. - Identify up-sell opportunities and articulates the business outcome value of the combined services and technology solution proposal. - Provide activity forecasts and regular pipeline reporting - Own and collaborate on all aspects of the sales cycle, including product/solution support and sales engineering - Understand the competitive market, be familiar with competing companies and their product & solutions suite - Take a process-oriented approach to the definition and management of product requirements - Integrate customer and market requirements with products to create future solutions.
