Academic Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech / CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, ISB, MDI, FMS, XLRI, NITIE, SP Jain, etc.) with a good academic background
Experience 4 to 8 years of relevant post MBA experience
Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background with significant expertise
- Responsible for Strategy , and Process Improvement.
- Solid understanding of the payments market and regulatory environment
- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the Banking industry
- Expertise in areas such as Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development

- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
