Skills and attributes for success -

- Techno-functional experience and expertise in Government and Transaction Banking product or program side

- Person must have experience in knowing the Government functioning at Centre & State Level.

- Candidate should be well versed with the government Schemes

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies in government's (Agency & Non-Agency) value chain along with Strategic Initiatives / Strategic Plan understanding

- Proficiency in understanding business requirements, preparation of Requirement Specification, Functional Specification & Solution Design documents; Gap Analysis; Test Management & Execution

- Expertise in understanding the technical architecture designs and should posses' knowledge towards Solution design.

- Mandatory to have deep understanding of central / State government key IT / Digital initiatives

- Must have understanding of central government systems such as e-Kuber / Cyber Treasury / PFMS / IFMS

- Expertise in Project/Programme Management & Governance across large-scale BFSI digital transformation programmes; Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Agile Tools & Methodologies, Advanced Excel data model preparation & modelling

- Should have done few client-facing delivery engagements in India / Overseas

To qualify for the role, you must have -

- Engineering/ MCA graduate (must) along with MBA/ MS degree (preferred) from premier institutes

- Must have worked 2-15 years in Government / Txn Banking product or Operational roles in a bank and have handled projects related to government integrations

- Strong experience in building and driving technology solutions for BFSI organizations

- Can manage client expectations and demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
