Job Role :

Our Risk Advisory Services (RAS) practice, a specialty advisory practice within Risk Advisory Business Services, provides comprehensive risk services through a suite of strategic, and industry-focused operational solutions that help companies around the world evaluate and enhance their internal audit and risk management functions. RAS seeks a consummate team player with a strong work ethic and excellent professional skills for the role of RAS Manager. This professional will plan, lead and perform internal audit procedures as a member of the internal audit management team and in accordance with the client's audit plan, risk management strategy and EY's internal audit methodologies.

Responsibilities :

- Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as consumer products, IT/ITES, etc. Establish audit objectives and scope of work; establish the engagement budget; and take responsibility for the overall execution of the audit project through wrap-up and final report delivery.

- Maintain a strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/standards relevant to the client's business.

- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation.

- Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

- Understand EY and its service lines. Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply EY's services

Academic Qualifications :

- A Post Graduation degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field; professional accounting designation i.e. CA, MBA etc.

Experience :

- Minimum of 6-7 years of related audit or applicable business experience; 2 or more years of public accounting experience preferred. Big 4 or big relevant experience will be added advantage.

Manager candidate can be from a Big 4 or GT/ BDO etc or industry (MNCs, large Indian corporates)
