Senior Consultant - Risk Advisory Services - Machine Learning Your key responsibilities - Experienced with Machine Learning and AI especially deep learning models. - Experienced with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Experienced with Conversational AI / Chatbots and/or Digital Assistants, including having developed a Chatbot or similar Digital Assistant is a plus. - An experienced engineer with 5+ years of professional development in R, Java, C#, C++ or Python. Java and Python preferred. JavaScript, Node.js and HTML/CSS - At least three years industry experience in Gradient Boosting Models, Neural Networks, Random Forests, Linear/Logistic Regression, Attribution Models, Segmentation, Predictive Models, Scoring Engines, etc. - Experience delivering uses cases within Customer Loyalty (Specifically Recommendation Engines), Time-Series Forecasting (using modern ML techniques), Price Optimisation, etc. - Possesses excellent communication skills with an ability to explain and write specifications that embody complex concepts to stakeholders within the team - Experience developing dashboards in R-Shiny will prove highly advantageous Skills and attributes for success - Machine learning model calibration - Model development/testing experience. - Knowledge and experience in Python programming preferred To qualify for the role you must have - B.Tech./B.E., Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related discipline - 3+ years of relevant work experience. - Minimum 2 years of Data Science experience in Python/Java - Experience in working on big SAS datasets involving both base and advanced SAS programming in banking domain - Work experience in retail and credit card analytics Ideally you will also have - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills - Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative - Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) - Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
